line, but payments restore credit to full use

daily cut-off time and loans may be repaid at
any time without penalty.

Livestock Loans
Farm Credit makes loans for the purchase, care, and feeding, or refinancing of debt on livestock.
Whether you are feeding cattle or have a cow herd, we can design a loan that
fits the way you operate. With a choice of variable, adjustable, or fixed
rates and loan terms up to seven years, we can design a livestock loan that is
right for you.
Real Estate Loans
Farm Credit makes loans for the purchase, improvement, or refinancing of debt on farms, ranches, facilities, and rural real estate.
Real estate loans can be designed to meet your specific financing needs. Loan terms range from 5 to 30 years with no prepayment penalty. You have a choice of either variable, adjustable or fixed interest rates.

- Loan Term: 5 to 30 years.
- Payment Plans: Monthly, quarterly, semiannual,
or annual payments.
- Prepayment: Most loans may be repaid at any
